Whee, new friend!
Please forgive any typos encountered during this post. I have limited use of my right index finger, as there is a centimeter-long cut across the pad. D:
So I went to Olua's today to hang out and meet Megan, who's visiting from ol' Virginie. I showed up around half-past eleven, which is still morning-time! That's AWESOME! Anyway. There was a PKMN marathon on, apparently, old skool stuff, which we watched with glee as we sang along to all the old songs.

Unfortunately, it had to end. BUT! Megan's a wrasslin' fan, and got Olua into it, which is awesome because now she understands KBB a little better than she used to (though I fell out of love with the WWF -- as it was then known -- ages ago, so I can't keep up with their rambling). Olua had shown Megan Terebi Sento (oh, AN05...), and I brought Shocking Truth over today. So we had fun with that. And then, of course, we had to watch FFvsKBB, even though Megan's NEVER played a Final Fantasy (or seen Chobits!) and I had to stop every few minutes to explain what happened. XD But it was cool. We enjoyed the fight. I lent Olua the discs so they could watch them over again as much as they wanted to.
We pondered for quite some time what to eat, and didn't come up with much. Olua cleaned her room while Megan and I relaxed on the bed; we were playing with Olua's rats, Zaphod and Marvin. Marvin bit the HELL out of my finger, hence my inability to type. It bled quite a bit and swelled up nicely. XD So that was fun. My finger was throbbing and I was still hungry.
I fell asleep on the couch from lethargy and was out for two solid hours. When I woke up, shish kabobs were ready, and they were nummy. I also wandered to the bodega for more snacks, anmd the three of us spent the last hour of my stay on the stoop. The ice cream truck came past and Megan got all excited and bought a two-dollar Choco Taco. Fucking TWO DOLLARS.
The bus trips were taken up with much Harvest Moon. :D

I totally know where my CD is that has all those songs on it, and still know all the words. Sad XD
