Getting there!
I was so amazingly tired last night that I think I was in bed before midnight (and if not, then shortly thereafter). I woke up this morning with my alarm at nine o'clock. It was glorious. I was SO WELL-RESTED!
Got dressed, headed to Pratt for dansu. Erica and I wound up practicing in an alleyway where there was shade and a breeze, because, while not as private as The Abandoned Classroom (or as clean, lol gravel), it had much better air circulation. TAC is good in the winter, not so much on a late summer day when the mercury went up into the 80s.
At two o'clock, Erica had to hand off a key to one of the computer labs to the next person to come work, so we hung out. No one walked in, and it was nice and air-conditioned, so we ran through the entire program -- with four-minute breaks betweeen sets! -- without stopping. It went really well, and I think the only dances we had issues with were Super Euro Flash (which is my failing, and I know this) and Munasawagi. The others just need polish, and I don't think we can properly do that on our own.
But we were very excited for Tokaikko. Apparently, whatever I did this week, I DID CORRECTLY. :D My chest thrusts are things of beauty. XD
Adrienne also showed up at the labs.
We left around five, headed to Erica's, where Eri and I took quick showers before changing, and meeting Fred in the city. The four of us went to eat at Olive Garden, taking advantage of the Never-Ending Pasta Bowl, and we ate quite well. I ... was a pig. XD We headed to Union Square afterwards, walked around, sat down, watched a couple all but fuck on the park bench (9_9 PDAs annoy me, even when I'm doing them, I feel uncomfortable doing much more than chaste kissing in public), and decided to head home around elevenish.
I got home around twelve-fifteen. An hour's travel on a Saturday night! That's less time than it takes during the RUSH! LOL
So that was today. Tomorrow, I might just sleep. I deserve sleep, because I don't do it during the week, lol.
