Weekend Update
I don't forsee myself online a lot over the next few days; I'm supposed to be a bit busy. In between trying my damnedest to freakin' kill Seymour and enter Zanarkand (I got bored yesterday and gave myself Rikku hair, teehee), tomorrow I'm off to Stony Brook for my advising appointment. It was originally slated for Monday, but they called yesterday to reschedule, pushing it up three days. Not that I mind. I also have to e-mail those Otakon losers. Saturday, it's (hopefully) chillin' with Alex and his self-proclaimed Amarant hair. No idea what we're going to do. I certainly can't bring him here.... X_X Sunday I get to see Phil (yay), and I'm also making dinner.
Luce posted a story bit (the modern one! :o), but the internet seems rather dead this week. Yay for dog days of summer. I'm loving this heatwave, by the way. I was watching the news the other day and they said that through August 2 this year, there'd been thirteen days where the temperature was at or exceeded 90ยบ. Last year, there was just one. The normal amount for the entire summer is fifteen, which we tie today. YAY HOT SUMMER. So New York only has two seasons, now: really really hot and really really cold. No more Spring or Autumn here (or if they do pop up, it's only very, very briefly).
The fall is pretty. I think it's good picture-taking weather. And making leaves and pieces of bark go CRUNCH under my feet has always amused me (yes, I'm in my twenties).
