It's another Monster Metal weekend on K-Rock, and Olua gave herself a headache from headbanging, then signed offline for whatever reason. When she came back.....
Olua: Okay, I woulda been on sooner, but Jon Bon Jovi came on.
Olua: And then KISS came on...
Olua: And I was like "::headbang!::"
Olua: And my mom was like "You're not white, Oluademi."
Olua: And I was like "Yes I am! =D"
Me: yes you are, don't listen to her.
Me: i don't understand why black people ALWAYS have to point out race first.
Olua: Really.
Olua: I hate it when she says that.
Olua: She got all quiet when I was all "that's such an ugly, racist thing to say, ma."
Me: pwned.
Haha. I'm glad I'm not alone. Who was it that said it, Ray? "I mean, if something makes a person happy, it's kind of silly to tell them "This isn't supposed to be making you happy! You're the wrong color for that!" Who cares? They're happy. Leave 'em alone." I love you guys......
Next:
I'm going to pimp (haha!) out Angel's latest piece of fanart. I'm amazed that he pulled this off and amazed with how beautiful it came out. Such attention to detail! All the girls are different colors..... *_* Full view, bitches.
Finally:
As I mentioned before, there was un-nice stuff with the PS forums. Today, I was treated to a new forum interface. Whoa. Really weird at first... I'm slowly getting the hang of it. But out of nowhere, Mike IMed me and told me to check my PMs. I told him I would as soon as I figured out how to view them... haha. He's asked me (and Erin) to be a moderator for the forum! Oh my gosh... so honored! It's incredible! I'm, well, honored. I said that already... but yeah. And excited and surprised! and... a whole bunch of other happy feelings. Warm fuzzies and all that. It's great![/end directionless rant]
