Oatmeal is yummy, good for you and warm. It's good stuff. When I was a kid, my mom would always have me eat oatmeal before I went to school every day. I still ate it when I was old enough to make my own breakfast. It was one of the few things I never got sick of no matter how often I ate it.
So now I'm eating oatmeal. I was hungry and explored the cupboard, and there it was. Cinnamon roll flavored, too. So I took some. And it's good. So, everyone should go eat a bowl of oatmeal and enjoy it. Cuz oatmeal rules.
In other news. I'm getting bored with Shadow Hearts and I've not touched FFX in a week (I'd just finished with Yunalesca). So close to the end, why did I stop? I got bored, to be honest. But I picked it up again tonight, beat Sin and... got bored. Those fights were too easy. >.o
Sunday, Lynda abducted me and forced me into her pool. We weren't as rowdy as we usually get, but we still managed to cool off tons and enjoy ourselves. Lynda's so white she makes paper jealous. Meanwhile, both her parents were slowly turning my color (and I turned darker, too. It's gone already, though. I tan quickly, yes, but I fade just as fast). She lent me these great boots that complete my Sally costume, so yay. It's perfect.
Everything's set for this weekend, and it all fits in the suitcase and equipment bag, GASP. But SQUEE! it's this weekend! I get to see people!! :::insert forum party here::: :::lightbulb::: I should totally bring oatmeal. Mmmm, coffeepot oatmeal/ramen/etc.
Tonight, I'm going to the Mets game with Phill, which should be fun. :::reminds self to bring a glove::: We've got awesome $40 seats, on field level (along the first base side, of course. I hate the third base side), about where the grass meets the dirt. And Phill will get to go to a game as a spectator, so that's good. We've got parking vouchers, too, so hopefully one of us will be driving. I hate taking the subway after a game. -_- It's convenient, yeah, but all those people... and they all get off at 74th St., which is my stop.
By the way. For some reason, several people -- mostly forum people, for whatever reason -- don't seem to know that I have a boyfriend. ( Well, I do. )
Enough of that, I suppose.
....I really want some rice balls. That was a sudden and random urge. Guess my stomach decided oatmeal wasn't enough. But that shouldn't stop you from eating it. Enjoy some today!
