Today's interview went so well! I'm very excited about this one. I met the manager, Nathalie, and she was very nice and approachable and all that, and for once, I wasn't nervous.

Actually, I spent most of my time filling out an application because when I stopped by last week, there weren't any, so I just left my résumé (and I'm not feeling lazy; my e's have accents today!). Nathalie looked over my application, and noticed that I have cashier and little kid experience, so that was good. I also let her know that I was flexible and I arrive by subway. Yay. She asked me what my definition of customer service was, and no problem there! Then she started explaining about the store and the policies and all that....

Then the kicker. She put a Hello Kitty nail file in front of me. "What would say if you were trying to sell that to someone buying school supplies?" "WHOA." I was stunned; I don't think anything could have prepared me for the nail file. But I mentioned that there was a big Hello Kitty section out in the front of the store (pushing other merchandise, yay!), and that it would all match very nicely. The file was only $1.50 so it's not only buyer-friendly, it'll fit right in a Hello Kitty pencil case! Good for keeping both fingernails and pencils nice and neat. ^_^ Or something like that.... but it made her laugh. She must have really liked my recovery. ^_^;

Too bad it wasn't Chococat. I love Chococat, even though I have a Hello Kitty plush. She's wearing a Mets uniform, natch.

I've got a good feeling about that one. AND I CAN WEAR SNEAKERS and walk around. You guys don't understand how important that is to me, lol. So, good luck for me. Olua had a job interview earlier today, so I wished her luck. Also, she has a man-friend visiting now. :o!!! I just hope she doesn't screw up.... XD

Photography studio tomorrow (and I have to thank Shaina now, because if it weren't for her, I wouldn't have photography experience, so I LOVE YOU SHEA).
