I spent yestertoday doing almost nothing but playing FF6, and I'm proud of it.
There was the usual Thanksgiving stuff, too. Ted gave me a buzz just before we were about to eat (I'm psychic, I'm telling you). Lovely family commentary, so I hope next Thanksgiving I get to miss it, dash it all. The turkey and red wine killed me for an hour. XD But yeah, other than the hour's dinner and the hour's sleep, it's been one video game for ... fifteen hours. I'm SO gonna finish this time! :::holds up fist in determination!:::
You'd think I'd've gotten far, but I kept going back to redo things. Yay for save states. (I have a perfectly good SNES but I don't have the FF6 cart. :::CRY.:::)

It's very cold in my room because there's an insane draft coming in through one of the windows. I think it's why my asthma's been getting worse.... But there's no hope; I have a bunch of crap piled up in front of the window (you think that would keep out the cold, at least, if the window's not doing its job), and no place to put it all. At least the heat'll come back on in three hours (my dad's cheap and doesn't believe we deserve heat in the middle of the night, y'know, when it's COLDEST).
Work tomorrow at two-thirty, so I know I'm going to be very much disturbed before then.....
November 25th already, huh? Miss ya, Grampa.
