I feel embarrassed for everyone in this video. To those who may consider themselves otaku, grab the Kleenex. You'll want to cry after this. I never realized how bad we really were. ;-;
If you're not watching (or just wanna know what the hell you'll be clicking on), it's a Japanese documentary about American otaku in Japan. Justin said that the camera crew were "brave men. It's like studying lions while wearing a beef vest." I didn't think it was THAT bad.... XD
Bebop-Ed, by the way, is the cosplay that I'm working on. I should have pictures by Thursday. The shirt is about 1/4 sewn, so. :::nod::: I'll see if I can't get my entry in on time. I keep checking a few select profiles from CosplayLab (no harm in watching the competition!) and I see that of the six or seven people I picked, only ONE has updated her photo to be more collagey, which I'll consider to be a good sign.
I've never wanted to cosplay Zelda more than I do now. She's so lovely; I want that hairstyle. ... Didn't I just say that I didn't want to be otaku anymore? -_- Speaking of Zelda, Lynda, let me know when you're available so I can have a decent hat by AnimeNEXT. X_X This stupid one is killing me.
There are a bajillion things to do.... I'm glad I have two consecutive days off this week!
