It's a sad day.
Nov. 18th, 2006 09:55 pmMy vacation from Internets starts in a little more than two hours. D:
I will be limiting my online activities until I beat Twilight Princess. This could very well be until 2007. I'm not going to any gaming sites or forums (except PianoSquall, because no one talks about Zelda there. And I still have to moderate, I guess), I'm not reading any gaming webcomics, I'm turning off journal comments and I'm going to filter my buddy list so I don't get errant IMs.
If you would like me to keep you on my buddy list, just comment -- they'll be screened -- and I'll keep you. Otherwise, don't expect me to respond to your IMs. ^_^
Yes, it's a bit extreme, but I want to be completely blown away by EVERYTHING in this game, so I have to cut off almost all forms of communication (insert mental image of Venus curled into a corner of a mountaintop cave, eating peas from a can here). In the meantime, I'll probably reacquaint myself with AoL or work on some ALttP stuff for The Temple of Light (oh teh ironiez) because I'll need a serious fix while everyone's all "blah blah Twilight blah blah." Right, and if you're one of those "blah blah Twilight blah blah" people on my Friends List, blah under a cut or I take Link's sword and stab you (please). 'Kay? 'Kay. (I understand that they're your personal journals and you can do as you'd like, but... it's just nice for us poor and/or non-US-and-Canada folk, y'know?)
(Olua, I'm gonna need you more than ever this week. You'd better not have any assignments over Thanksgiving break or I will march down to Maryland, strangle your professors and claim insanity. One of my characters could probably kill someone, anyway; I'll just blame it on him or her. XD Oh! And movies! :D)
