Go AWAY, December!
Dec. 8th, 2006 09:29 amI swear, if the temperature keeps dropping on Fridays and ONLY Fridays, I'm going to go nuts. The other night, it was around freezing. Today, the sun's shining brightly and it's still only around freezing.
Sometimes I refuse to believe that just being on a different angle from the sun is solely responsible for the difference between 100-degree weather and 20-degree weather.
I'm going to Alex's today, which means I'll have to do a lot of waiting outside. Even on the train, the cold air will find me, and believe me, I'm looking forward to that. Still, it's worth it because there's Wiiness in the end. :O I don't feel like making the trek to Long Island Cheeseburger, though; maybe when I see him again.... in six months.
I need new windows because I feel them letting the cold air in every time the wind blows. As a result, I've been sitting around the past twenty minutes since I woke up because it's too cold to do anything else (I could go back to bed, but Alex would probably be upset if I didn't show up at Lindy). And since there's not really much else to do....
Sigh. I hate winter.
