Here's a summary:

North Carolina was fantastic and relaxing, and the view of the New York area from above at night with a full moon is breathtaking. However, it'll be hell to get me on one of those puddle jumpers ever again. Never have I felt sick on a flight. The flights held lots of firsts for me, some I'd love to repeat (fantastic views and brevity), and some I'd rather not (delaaaaaaaays). I watched a lot of TV, as I mentioned, and played with the bird and the kid. I wasn't homesick, nor did I feel the desire to call home, or check up on most of what was happening. I love you guys, though; you'll notice that I didn't shut myself off from you completely, but the only time I spoke with my mother the entire trip was when she called me as we were about to leave for the airport on the way home.

My family tree is taking shape, as I've acquired a few more branches. I'd love to get my hands on some turn-of-the-last-century census records, for the older generations, and I would die to interview my dad's cousins (and mine!) for this generation onwards. Still, nothing tops 3g-grandpappy Luis. I'd love to find another famous person I'm related to, but I'll be more than content with just fleshing the thing out.

Sanrio's got less than a week to go. Today, we made some excellent sales, surpassing Black Friday's record, and amassing $5391. It was a madhouse until about an hour before closing, and everyone was hot, cranky, and tired, despite the refreshments that Nicole was awesome enough to share with us. The shelves were all but picked clean, and I don't know how much longer we'll have items to sell (though we do have an assload of ugly jewelry that no one wants). And what's this about being left alone with Huangy tomorrow?! Randomly, I found a dreidel in our stockroom. o_o;

GameStop's looking better now that I finally learned the register. Of course, that means that I'm subject to Lawrence's spam daily e-mails. Unfortunately, I haven't quite figured out how the ranking system he's set up works yet. >.> Whatever. More importantly, Phill and I got a Wii, and I'm loving every second of it. I'm currently playing Trauma Center: Second Opinion, and though I'm stuck on one stupid, stupid, NON-SURGERY level, I'm enjoying it greatly. Friend Mii: 4897 7822 0994 8451 (I love getting Miis in my Wii-mail. I've already got about fifty. :D)

I-Con's quickly approaching, and I'm still way behind on what I'm supposed to be doing. Bleh. I hope my registration for Boston went through, as well... Yeesh. I think next week, once I have more time, I'll be able to concentrate a little better.

My compy automatically adjusted for Daylight Saving! Hurray!
