Tuesday, I was at Lynda's. She came to get me after she'd gotten out of class -- which was accidentally much later than usual -- and her family and I broke Passover with Sicilian pizza. It was very nummyful. We, of course, retired to her room after that to play video games.

Since she's got a Wii, I brought my controller and a couple of my games. She took her own shot at Trauma Center, we went head-to-head in Cooking Mama (I won all the rounds but one), and then I helped her get past a sticky point in Twilight Princess. I kept reminding her to save, too, because I had to go through a lot of trouble. :D (Always save, Lynda. Especially after you get a new warp point!) She called me a geek, too. *_*

Tuesday night into Wednesday morning, I was writing. Unfortunately, it wasn't fun-writing. I was drafting the outlines for my presentations for work on Sunday. BLEH. I can't wait until those stupid things are over. Anyway, I spent most of the early hours talking to Rani, and caught her again before her shift at work. I fiddled with the thing before she got home and she couldn't think of anything else to add so I e-mailed it off around eleven. I also managed some sewing.

Today, I ventured into Brooklyn, down to Pratt to practice Hare Hare Yukai with Laura. It was raining a lot, and I was quite late. Laura was gracious enough to give me some hot chocolate (which did wonders for my ice-cold hands), and then we started practicing on our own. We had lunch, met up with her friends, and Erica, too. So, Laura's Haruhi, Erica's Mikuru, and that leaves me as Yuki. It's VERY HARD not to smile or sing while I'm dancing.

It went well, actually. We had a short session, because lunch was around 12:30, Erica had class at 1:30, and Laura had class at two. I still can't get the weird parts, but I'm a helluva lot better than I was this morning (especially because I was still half-doing Haruhi's part). Even the 1/8 version isn't helping, but I figure the parts go by so fast that no one will notice (much). We still need a Kyon and an Itsuki, but I'll let you know when the three of us are on haruhidance.com (Laura and Erica are already there... twice). ~_^

Shirt progress: I've decided I like large belt loops. I'll take pictures when I'm done with the loops, but the shirt's not finished yet. There's still a design and a collar to add, and I'll take some more when I'm done with the whole thing. But I must say, I'm very proud of my stitching. :D Well, back to the mines, I guess.

And Olua's alive. Yay! ♥ (LOLZ Horseback riding.)
