$!

I spent over a hundred dollars on video games this afternoon, and I'm quite pleased about it. I got a big check on Friday, and I figured I should just blow the whole thing (well, not the whole thing). I finished off my Phantom Hourglass preorder, so that'll be ready for me on Tuesday (because I have school on Monday. CRY), I found Final Fantasy I & II: Dawn of Souls, so I picked that up, Super Paper Mario, finally, and what the hell, Sims 2, because it was less than twenty bucks.

I also went up to Hot Topic and bought a Chococat pillowcase, finishing off my loyalty card, so I'll get 15% off the Chococat blanket that I'm going back for on Thursday. :D

In the meantime, I'm working on my costume accessories, since all I had this week was stuff to read. There's one bit I've got to start over, because I was careless and made a 3/4" mistake. It doesn't sound like much, but I think Ed rather likes his left foot, so I'll give it to him. I mean, I had to buy another piece of foamboard anyway, and I can still salvage bits of this one, so it's not a total loss. Just two hours or so. It's coming out fairly well, I think, and maybe I'll take another trip to Michael's this weekend for PAYNTZ.

I've still forgotten to get my schedule. XD I know I've got class in the morning, Saturday off and Sunday close, but as for Thursday and Friday? Beats the hell out of me.

Frustration!

I still don't know how well I did on my MEMW quiz two weeks ago. Class was cancelled this morning because, apparently, the professor wasn't feeling well. D:< I have a quiz and a homework assignment that I'm anxious to get back! (Honestly, I think that's the real reason class was cancelled.)

I was kinda cheesed that I could have slept in or gone to the store this morning or finished laundry or any combination of the previous, but instead, I whined about missing a bus I didn't have to catch and doing a reading assignment I didn't finish (oops). Class time was instead spent with Keith and Tom, or as we're calling ourselves, the Triumvirate. XD The three of us chatted for a while, then Keith left for something else, and Tom and I kept going. We kept touching upon the lack of logic in American society, and how the three of us were weird, but smart (possibly insane) for having it.

TRIUMVIRATE. XD I love it. The professor was spot-on with us the first day of class, and that's only because I happened to know Tom and Keith was sitting right nearby. TRIUMVIRATE. I'm going to keep repeating it, and capitalizing, too, yes. It makes me feel powerful. XD

Went with Tom to the bus stop when he had to leave for work, and so here I am now. Really eventful day so far. American history in about seventy-five minutes, and I should get my quiz back. I'm looking at a nine or ten, I think. Yay! (Edit, 17.23: I did indeed get a ten. Hurray! I'm one-ninth of the way to an A!)
