Movies again.
Nov. 21st, 2007 10:05 pmGetting through The Lion in Winter wasn't as bad as getting through Becket, but I was in a better frame of mind for it, I guess. Even if I stayed awake, Phill fell asleep, the poor thing. We've had a long day.
We went to the Transit Museum in Brooklyn (I'd've visited my Pratt buddies if you'd've been there!) for my other history paper, and it was pretty neat. It could have been better -- there was a LOT that wasn't even mentioned -- but I'll leave that for my paper (I took a couple of pictures, though). Since we were in the neighborhood, we went to Junior's for dinner, and wow, their food is as good as their cheesecake! We made brief stop at Valentino pier, I think, where there was an awesome view of the Statue of Liberty, even if it wasn't a clear night, and then we were off towards home.
Phill scratched my head and the car was warm, so I was asleep in minutes. He made a pit stop at home, and again, I was asleep, waking up shortly before we got to my house. He started acting restless during the movie, so I told him to lie down on the bed where it was comfy and he fell out just as I did. He's so cute when he's sleeping. ♥ He doesn't have to leave for another two hours -- he does have work tomorrow -- but I don't think I'll have the heart to wake him.
I should get to work on at least ONE of my papers now, I think. :/
