Haruhi around the city
May. 7th, 2008 11:58 pmErica leaves for DR next week, so this is probably the last time the four of us actually get together until NEXT. :/ But we feel accomplished!
We met in Times Square just before one-thirty, changed, and got to work. From Times Square, we wandered around a bit, in search of krazy glue and sunscreen. We succeeded, and then hopped on a train up to Cental Park. We did another run at Belvedere Castle, which was gorgeous (and where Michele and I want to do a Zelda shoot BUT WE CAN'T because there's a sign that says we can't T_T), and then on the lawn with the Turtle Pond and the castle in the background. A few blocks over and we took a last shot in front of the Met.
(Okay, so it was more like "Haruhi around Manhattan" than the city, but Michele wasn't available until noon, and going to the Bronx and Queens (and the Ferry) were highly impractical and it couldn't be done in one day.)
Then we went to karaoke for two hours (the session was truncated by the price change). It was fun; we danced andsang screamed ourselves silly.
Back to Pratt for a bit of choreography on a new dance and one last shot in the abandoned classroom (WHY DO I NEVER REMEMBER MY COLORED CHALK?!). Unlike most days, the video's done, and was finished just about the time I got home. Enjoy! (Yay Michele for her camerawork!)
The train ride home was boring. And I miss my friends. Why can't I live closer to them?! >_
