SUCCESS THIS TIME!
May. 29th, 2008 07:08 pmYay, I got my Toph fabric (and it only took about an hour to find)! Ureshii~~~ I can't wait to get back to work! I got three yards; I figure that I might as well make a separate pair of pants for Toph and Sokka, just to cause me less stress in the future. I also got Sokka's shoes. Kinda cheesed that I couldn't get them on sale, but they were too perfect to let pass. I just have to break them in. :::death:::
Arran crapped out on my while I was shopping, which meant I was subject to stupid high schoolers blasting their hiphop on the train. Seriously, it was like I didn't even NEED an iPod. But Arran seems to be okay now. It just saddens me that that's the second time it happened in six months. :/ Sweetheart, what was that you said about a friend who works at the Apple store? :D
But yeah, I'll get back to work tonight. Can't guarantee any significant progress being had over the weekend; I'm gonna chill with Alex on Saturday (he's coming to the city, so I've got NO IDEA what we'll be doing, lol), and Sunday is JAPAN DAY in Central Park (oooh, what to wear?!). Hope to see some of you there!
