Interview!
Jun. 19th, 2008 08:49 pmReply with "Interview me!" for your own set of questions. Just don't expect them for a few days. XD
levelthree asked me the following:
1. What's the most difficult costume you've ever made for cosplaying purposes? This might be biased because I'm still working on the bloody thing, but Toph is a pain. Despite her lack of props, there were a lot of fussy things about her costume that I had to worry about. And I never had to make shoe covers before; NO IDEA WHAT I'M DOING. I think the more that I do this, the harder I make myself work. At first, I was altering clothes that I had, now I'm starting completely from scratch.
2. If you could visit any place in the world where would it be? I would LOVE to go back to Puerto Rico, man. It was so beautiful there. I've never seen clear water at a beach before -- or red sand -- and I was just blown away. Even when it rained, it was lovely. On top of the scenery and the lovely weather, there's a little mountain town I need to visit again. It's got a personal meaning.
3. What's your dream career? Look, if there's a WNBA, I see no reason why there can't be a WMLB. And I'm totally playing short for the New York team! But for a dream that has a CHANCE of happening, I wanna sit at a desk and play with numbers all day. I long to lose my fear of failing math so maybe that could happen.
4. Is there a particular novel that you can read again and again and love it as much as you did the first time? Well, I don't read very much, which is a shame; I used to read a LOT when I was a kid. It's not surprising that the one book I'd read repeatedly is one I read and fell in love with when I was a kid: Charlotte's Web.
5. How many languages can you speak? Fluently, just one. Partially, three more. I can count to ten in six languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Japanese, and ASL.
