I don't wanna jinx it, though. :x
First thing first: the benadryl worked
amazingly last night. I went to sleep before three, and woke up past ten, only because I had a lot of water again (getting
back to sleep, unless drugged or exhausted, is still proving difficult). That's more than seven hours! We'll see how well it works tonight; I'm a believer of the "once, chance; twice, coincidence; three times, I may be onto something" idea.
I spent my morning doing that silly icon meme in the last post. Seems people like the G train icon; that's all Erica, guys. I edited it only very slightly. ♥ (And I'm sorry if you don't get the joke. The G train is retarded: that's all you need to know, really.)
I spoke to Olua briefly before heading out, and I decided to employ a different strategy for today, especially because I
really don't want to be there anymore. I decided to emulate one of my happier characters (LAME), but you know what the scary part is? It worked. I even bumped into something that would have set me off a few days ago, but I just shook my head, told myself that I was fine, and kept walking. Ten minutes later, it was forgotten (to be fair, ten minutes later, I was eating).
Oh, and I ate! I had a meal, and I'm getting a little hungry again, so I might have a snack before bed. :D
There wasn't much to do, and I don't know what I
was thinking about, but certainly not my problems (people noticed I was more chipper than I have been). Even the train ride was distracting: I was with Cindy until Roosevelt, Mary until Van Wyck, and Bobby all the way to 179.
Again, I'm trying not to look too much into it, because it's gotta be three times before I can think about starting to maybe believe it.
The only thing I didn't do today was make (much) progress in Link's Awakening. I've decided that, opposed to my SERIOUS resolutions this year (gosh, I haven't made resolutions in forever), my fun one is going to be to beat
every video game I own, if only the one time in my life, just to say I did it. You hear that, Zelda II? YOU ARE MINE. I don't know how the Wii and DS games are going to fare, but I'll figure something out, I'm sure.
What else? Oh, I meant to post
NYAF Set 3 this morning! We... really need to work on things. -_-; I think, though, that once we're not RUSHING to learn stuff, we'll be able to pay more attention to details (especially me because I'm a pain that way. I apologize in advance, you guys).
Hanging out with Olua tomorrow. She's going to scold me for getting too thin, and tell me to eat something after having had too much to drink. D:
So now I'm going to get to that snack, wish someone I know a happy birthday (HOLY SHIT WE ARE TWENTY-SEVEN THIS YEAR DDDDDDDD:), work on my game a bit, and get to bed.
Shiawase~
