Five times a lot.
Jan. 27th, 2009 07:22 pmThe good news: my bank keeps records of itemized deposit slips for five years. My account is just over three years old.
The bad news: Each one has a five-dollar charge attached to it if I wanna see it. (Lesson learned.)
For all the slips I want to see (thirty-four), it comes to a total of $170. And even then, they might not answer all my questions. A hundred and seventy dollars is a lot of money. Is it worth the eleven thousand dollars in dispute, even if most of it isn't mine? I'm gonna need my share of the money, after all, to open my own account and let itfester in the bank collect interest. But, even though this is atypical, $170 is more than I took home last week. :/
As for the rest of the day, I had work. It was nothing special at all. I wrote out my homework and now it looks pretty (a stapler would be nice, though). I'm going to sit in the bathtub now and hope I can steam away these sniffles I got yesterday from kicking up so much dust. @_@
Lou, I think I'm gonna decline on tomorrow. Three hours is just TOO LONG to hang around doing nothing after work. :/ Sry.
