Feb. 19th, 2009 06:26 pmThere's a new All-City group on Facebook, and I promised I'd post all the show tunes I have. Since most, if not all, of you have never heard how awesome All-City used to be (emphasis on used to be), I'm sharing here, too.

The image in the videos is the same: our trademark top hat, our bowtie, a MetroCard (two fares: one to get home, one to get back), and a piece of sheet music. All-Cityers would know what that music is without my telling them; it's one of the marches we played the most, one of the first ones we learned every year, and the one that, to this day, I can still play with my eyes (literally) closed (and maybe the bassline as well, but I doubt I remember it completely).
I fucking miss my band.
