Oh god they're testing the fire alarms and there are two SHRILL pitches and this shit is NOT necessary (I mean, it is, but ... y'know). Couldn't they do this tomorrow, when there's no one here to annoy? We're pretending to do work, here! D:<
There was something else I meant to say, but the frequency(/frequencies) of the siren has(/have) so rattled my ears that the damage has gone straight to my brain and melted it. I have cotton in my ears -- no, really! -- to prevent leakage, but the damage has been done, and my IQ's gone and dropped about twenty points. Alas.
