Today was just. Whoa.

Writing class. Term paper's due today, but I haven't started mine (I was called on and not penalized; sweet). I kinda forgot what my topic was (I remember vaguely that it's something about grammar). Figured I'll start with the story of how I became a grammar whore and laugh when my professor asks why I don't have a footnote for the story I cited. Started writing that up, but I need at least two grammar books to use for reference for my paper, that aren't The Grammar Bible or Eats, Shoots and Leaves. Any suggestions? (No websites, please; I maxed out on those. Yes, I will ask the grammar_whores.)

Break. I got coffee and planned a meetup with Guillermo.

Philosophy. Man, I take back what I said about learning logic. It's painful! Maybe because I'm good at it and David's not the best at teaching, but seriously, I learned this shit half my life ago. I was fourteen. If a kid can pick up on it, why can't college students? Because he's not teaching it well, obviously. The truth table wallpaper does sound pretty cool, though, and I kinda wish I hadn't painted in here. But yeah, I just spent that class reading HHGG.

Anime Club. Was a crack dealer and discussed Matsuri and upcoming cons/costumes with Melissa and Catherine.

Break. Walked up to Kino with Guillermo and did not find what I was looking for (Zetsubou #6). Got food, though! Went to the Mets store and bought a shirt and a mug (will head back for blankets and jammie pants and maybe a jersey eventually). Went in search of new!Book-Off, came up empty. Midtown Comics has Zetsu6 so I must return tomorrow (also I think the shirt I bought is small). Doubled back to the fabric district: they are having a SAAAAAALE on the fabric I found for the Gakuen uniforms. FOUR DOLLARS, guys, and it's sixty wide. And they said it'll be going on for the next month. SO IF WHOEVER IS DOING GAKUEN WANTS TO MATCH A BUNCH OF OTHER PEOPLE (and if you need info about the fabric or the store, just comment)... Stopped for coffee (Guillermo ordered and gave his name as William; I called him Billy and started singing Dr. Horrible songs, and saying that this was wrong: we're supposed to get frozen yogurt, not coffee), went to Image Anime, then got to class twenty minutes late.

Physics. More electromagnetic crap. Right-hand rules, and everyone is twisting their arms around which is funny to watch. Jaime asked Chaya why she's always wearing long skirts; I felt all smart because I knew (thanks for educating me, Michele). Was bored and texted Esmeralda alot (it's actually good that you're not online tonight bb because I'd be soooo distraaaacteeeed).

Train ride. Found Jason and had a friend and stayed awake. It was pleasant. Even the second frank discussion of masturbation of the day.

Bus ride. Finally got a call from Josh, one of the Matsuri planning people. Will e-mail ichiP! about that in greater detail, but things look settled.

Am glad there's no hockey for me to watch tonight (well, there is, but I'm not all that interested, although it's a Game Seven and that should stand for something). Things I must do are plan for Matsuri (costume, adjust dress, e-mail the girls, make up music), write my paper (going to the library Thursday morning, and spitting out grammar knowledge), planning other things (Gakuen AND HetaFIFA), and so on. It's been a crazy sort of day. Lots of stuff happened, and I'm totally awesome.
