HORRORS!

One. I woke up this morning about fiveish -- just as the sun was starting to rise -- when I felt something scratch my chest, skitter up my neck, and then scratch my face. I jumped out of bed screaming, looked back, and saw something moving in the corner of my bed. My room wasn't well lit, because it was dawn and the light was off, but the light blue walls reflect dim light well, and my low-light vision is pretty good, strangely. Upon further inspection? Nothing was there. I was still hesitant to go back to sleep, so I sat on the very opposite corner while I calmed myself down. Unfortunately for me, I happened to see a carpenter ant on the floor (black against shadowy purple, I told you my low-light vision was good) and FREAKED OUT before I killed it. I hate ants. They creep me out. *shudders* I spent the rest of the night on the couch. D: My mother is very noisy and I think her knee was hurting her this morning because she was dragging a foot on the ground as she walked. Step, shhhh, step, shhhh, step, shhhh.

The beetle that flew in and landed on the couch, though, while I was watching one of the games today? Was chill. I don't mind bugs, and I try not to kill "good" bugs (poor snails on the sidewalk in the rain!), but some of them are creepy. Augh, ants. Augh, centipedes. Augh, get out of my house. It's not your house. I've got a big bearrrrrd. Ah, don't stab me!

Two. I just realized the Pepsi can I was just drinking from? Has a Yankees advertisement on it. I'm conflicted. Do I continue to drink the soda? Do I ever buy Pepsi again? STAY TUNED.

Three. I have work tomorrow. D: At least I get to kill the first three hours at the e-roster table!
