OW SHIT GODDAMN MOTHERFUCK

I took a nap, woke up, and needed a full body stretch, which I rolled into... only I think I rolled a little more than I should have, because my right leg came up in pain. I've overstretched muscles before -- usually my groin muscles (no jokes), lol cheerleading (NO JOKES) -- but I've always been uncomfortable, never in pain. It wasn't great pain, but enough that it made me yell; it felt like a really intense cramp.
I rubbed it enough so that it stopped hurting, but when I got up to cross the room just now, I couldn't stand up all the way or put all my weight on my leg. It doesn't hurt and it doesn't feel sore, but it does feel super-tight. Help me out flist: what did I do to myself, how should I treat myself, and I'll be more than 100% by Saturday, right? In the meantime, I'm trying to massage it into relaxation, but I can't bend my foot backwards much without feeling the muscle ache. Guh.
LOL DANSU THIS WEEKEND. WTG, SELF.
And then I had to get up and go downstairs and walk around and the walking made it better. I can stand up and put weight on my leg and I'm just slow now so I'll keep massaging and pacing around my bedroom.
