Today was Tuesday, and therefore boring.

Esmeralda told me she got a bunch of messages all at once today about how my wig was supposedly delivered on Saturday the 19th. As I was in DC and my mom was probably visiting my grandmother (as she does on Saturdays), no one was here to receive it and so USPS held onto it and left a notice. Only... my parents swear up and down that they didn't find a notice, and I'm inclined to believe them, considering I don't really trust USPS with anything important (had I known it was coming that way, I'd've made arrangements to switch it to UPS or FedEx or something). The post office closes before I get home from work, so I can pick it up on Friday at the earliest if there are no other hidden issues. With my luck, there will be, of course, and there'll be a whole fiasco and song-and-dance and stress about it.
