I woke up at ten-something when I couldn't breathe. That's always fun! I've been sucking on my inhaler all day. Maybe I should have some tea.
Anyway, I pulled myself out of bed and got to work on a long-neglected video project. I haven't really had a chance to do it, but it was on my schedule for today, so I had the time to. Turns out I needed it! With all the research, so many takes, editing, wondering how to approach things -- basically, making a video -- it took forever. It was about eight hours' worth of work for a two-minute video. OH WELL. I'll post it in a couple of days.
The only other thing I managed to do, once I had the video shot and mostly edited, was head out to Rosie for some candles and money-changin'. I had to wait about twenty minutes for the money guy to come back from his break, but he gave me fifties (ooooh, red)! I got lots of seasonally-scented candles too: things like apples and spices. Autumn smells really good, at least (well, when it's not raining and all that earth!smell turns to rot!smell. Ick), even if it tries to kill me with its cool air.
Tomorrow's an unexpectedly free day, since I knocked out tomorrow's chore today (going to Rosie). I'll get to work on the mini-mochis a day early, then (though I do have to trek all the way up to Es' for some Hetalia shit), and back to work on the messenger bag on Monday. Also tomorrow: Mom's coming home. Sigh. It's a shame that I really didn't miss her at all. Like, not for a moment. ._. I feel a little guilty about that, but probably not as much as I should. Whoops.
The New York Rangers lost 2-1 in the shootout, but the Texas Rangers won. Cards and Brewers play tomorrow; Canucks play on Monday. Thaaaaaaat's pretty much it. Just straightening up and calling it a night, I suppose.
