venusplzI got a phone call yesterday from someone at Shea and called them back this morning. I'm officially employed! :::confettis::: It's not much, but it's something to keep me somewhat busy and supplied for con season. I hope I get to work fifty games this year (OMG SUBWAY SERIES W00T). That would just be FSCKING XXTREEEEEEME!!!two1!
I get to work at Shea Stadium. This is something I've wanted since I can remember.... though I thought I'd have a little something more to do with batgirling.... or outfielding......
And it's doubly good that I got this job because if stuff with Time Warner and MSG/FSNY doesn't go over before April 11, aside from network channels, it'll be the only way I can watch the Mets this year. :::mope::: Not like I'd wanna waste my summer watching them lose game after game after game after.... but still! I have a job! I will have money! And if things are slow for the both of us, I can chat with Phill.
