What kind of Pokémon are YOU?
Dec. 19th, 2004 10:05 pmSo I spent today with Alex. I had quite a bit of fun. The first thing he did was glomp me, and then hand me my present, which I opened in the car. It was a Bulbasaur! More later.
He showed off the Secret Project boxes and how they collapse and assemble. I wanted to play with them more but we moved on to, what else, games. He was playing FF9, and decided to show me the battle system for it, as well as 7 and 8. I get it, for the most part. It seems really easy to understand now, compared to, oh, six months ago. Dinner, games, me hacking up my lungs because of the cats... fun fun fun. And he screwed around with the other Alex's computer. I wanna know what his reaction was. :3
Jumped on the train at Babylon, and a little earlier than I thought. I managed to catch an express train, so that I was at Freeport at 8:24, and Jamaica by 8:40. I'm NEVER going to use that Hollis ticket, lol. I need a car.
So, my Bulbasaur. It's a keychain and inside a Pokéball, like the one I bought with an Eevee inside it ages ago (I think I was still friends with Megan, then). But the Bulbasaur wasn't the best part of the gift. And neither was the fact that it was wrapped in a page of The Press (which had the Top Ten on it!). No, the best part was the "card" that went with it. The first word was changed because Alex told me it was originally "You" but I said that was too normal for me to freak out and that I thought it would be "eggplants" or something:

And I finally managed to give him his shot glass. ^_^ Oh. And yuki ga futteiru. Yay!
