dA.... what?
Jun. 24th, 2005 11:44 amSo I finally posted something on dA... :::gasp, shock::: It's weird. Only took me more than a YEAR to post something. Hail-NekoYasha, whom I've been watching for a while, drew some picture of Kirby eating a Bob-omb, so I drew one of a Bob-omb eating Kirby. Nothing special, but I thought it was cute. My only gripe is that I colored Kirby's shoes before his arms, so the bottom arm on the right side looks funny. He's supposed to be crying, too, but you can't really see the tears. Oh well; that wasn't as important.
The baseball gods seem to hate me. Aside from the ten days I spent in Colorado, any time I've gone to a place that has a pro baseball team, I miss them. When I went to Toronto, the Jays left for Minnesota. When I went to California -- BOTH TIMES -- the Giants AND the A's were out of town. In Boston, no Red Sox. In just under two months is Otakon, which is in Baltimore, and that means both the Orioles AND the Nationals will be nearby. Of course, the Birds will be in Cleveland, and the Nationals are playing the Mets. Can you believe that? I'm never going to get to see 30 games in 30 stadiums. @_@;;
And yesterday, I happened to look under my arm when I was in the shower (as opposed to keeping my eyes closed most of the time and being all "Mmmmmm, hot water is goooooooooood") and found some weird bruises... on both sides. I think they're from my binding on Saturday! O_O I knew I'd tied it very tightly, but DAMN. From now on, I think I'm going to ask for help with that. Doing it myself seems to lead to hurt ribs and bruised skin.
