I spent an hour and a half fussing with Christmas lights today so I could surprise my parents when they came home, but then I couldn't find an extension cord because my mother had all of them used in her *Christmas village*. Fuckers.

Evil Link, on archaic_sage's forums goes to Science. :O!!!!!!!!! I should totally visit one day.

Perhaps sleep is in order soon.

I'm seriously gonna kill someone before Christmas.

I don't remember what happened anymore, but I wasn't even at the store for five minutes before some woman copped an attitude with me and Evie when we tried to explain something to her. Sheesh. The holidays are stressful, we know, but if you don't want to deal with it, there's a brilliant solution: STAY HOME. Especially on the weekends, people. Use your heads!

I also learned that my hours are until midnight-thirty on Saturday. EW. XD That sucks all sorts of ass. I can't remember what non-holiday hours are like, how it is not to have a headache during work, what it's like to not have work, etc. It's so weird. XD However, on the bright (yet sad) side, this is the longest I've ever had a job. Two and a half months. :O It sounds SOOOO retarded, but keep in mind that John Shawn was only seasonal and I SO wouldn't have left if I didn't have to. I like this having-money-in-my-pocket thing, though, and another payday is this Friday. HURRAY.

I missed hanging out with Shaina and Peter and Nick last night. I kicked my own ass and wanted to get home and rest, but due to the Christmas lights, I couldn't. Ew, I hate not having a social life, too. I thought a job would help enable that but it's also seriously taking away. Hahaha.

I have nothing to say that's not work-related because that's all my life has become. I don't know which state was sadder: me now or me three months ago.

I'm just thinking through my fingers again... as if that wasn't obvious enough.

I'm gonna need a new calendar. We should get some soon.... hm.

I can't wait for the new year. New Year's is one of my favorite holidays (that symbolic fresh start actually gets to me). THREE WEEKS.
