I got moving eventually. Even though I didn't do everything I wanted, I feel like I got things accomplished today. ^_^
I remembered the open-floor cosplay stage at MangaNEXT and pitched the idea to Katie. She hasn't replied yet, but I feel good about it.
I picked up my check, and chatted about Anthony's stupidness with Ash and ... Michelle? We all had a good laugh over his lack of foresight.
I went to Michael's and failed to find 2¼" ribbon. There was 2" ribbon and 2½" ribbon... haha. I also failed on the bias tape. I actually walked out of Michael's without buying anything. I stopped at GameStop because it was there, and I wound up buying NiGHTS: Journey of Dreams and reserving Ookami and Harvest Moon for the Wii (obviously). Ookami comes out at the end of March and HM just before my birthday. ^_^
And of course, I had to schlep aaaaaall the way to Daytona for the ribbon. I got it, but they didn't have tape in the color I needed. I also found Toph's tassles! But they were an inch too long. D: And when I found the proper size, there was only one. And it was kind of falling apart. I walked away mostly empty handed.
But I went to Zaiya before I left Manhattan and got my usual. :3
For some reason, I couldn't sew or write on the train because I had an awful headache. I took some ibuprofen ♥ so it should go away soon. But I'm gonna get back to work on that and probably start NiGHTS a little later.

(Stupid up-is-down and down-is-up controls. I tried turning the nunchuck upside-down but then left-is-right and right-is-left (lying on my back would have the same effect, as the Goron Mines taught me, lol). Are there options somewhere?)
