Isogashii da~ (Busy!~)

This monring, work. And since it's Thursday, there were many boxes of junk waiting to be unpacked. FUN. And by that, of course, I mean not.

Just before eleven, I was called to help a customer. She took FOREVER, but I managed to make the sale. While I was helping her, another customer wandered up. While I was helping her, another customer wandered up. It went on like that for three solid hours, with sample corners and mats all over the place (on top of the frames broken in shipment that Mike hadn't yet destroyed), and it was generally a mess. When I finally stopped, Kathleen happened to wander in and wondered why the counter was so messy. XD She put the corners away, I organized all the mats (it hadn't been done in, like, three days, seriously). When I finally finished that, and put the customers' art away, it was after three, and time for me to leave. I didn't even take my break. @_@

I wandered over to Kinokuniya, where I was to meet Guillermo and Laura; they were both running a little late, so I wandered a bit, looking at nothing in particular. The three of us met up and headed over to GO GO CURRY for ... curry. Today was Go Go Day (because it's the fifth), so we got coupons for a free topping on our next order. And to counteract the extra Yankeesness of the place, I wore my David Wright shirt (he's number five, you see), and my BP jersey over it.

Also, the World Baseball Classic started today. I still have to check how Team USA did.

After dinner, we went to Image Anime. I wasn't expecting to find anything, but almost immediately after I walked in, did I see the love of my life: Zidane. Yeah, I bought him. And I paid WAY too much money for him, but risking the blind box meant risking Cloud (who I would have given to ahvia!), and I wanted to make sure I took my baby home. I also got a CD, and two notebooks, because I couldn't decide which one was cuter. FUCK YEAH, TOKIDOKI!

At JHU, I picked up volume one of the Zetsubou-sensei manga. ♥

There was a stop at Starbucks (where we somewhat successfully put Zidane together (OMG SO DETAILED!). He doesn't quite fit on his stand), and then at Walgreens to get Guillermo some cold medicine. After that, home. And so here I am.

Berryz' next single doesn't actually come out until Wednesday, but the Dohhh UP! version is on YT, and I've been practicing what I can see of it. I think -- in theory, this'll work -- I've even got a cut for it. I'm very excited, and I want to learn it NOW so when the single comes out we can, bam, put that on YT straight away and everyone'll think "Wow, those girls in ichiP! are so AWESOME!" because I've grown slightly proud. I'm terrible for that, I know.

Tomorrow is pre-Purim Shabbat Dinner at Pratt, so I'll be headed there (kawaii renshuu desu desu?), and I've got off to visit my gramma on Saturday! ... So when do I get to sleep? XD
