Apr. 3rd, 2009 10:08 pmichiP! Karaoke Day is always full of good tiemz. Laura, Erica, and I met up at two and went to town; Michele was busy and joined us about an hour later. We sang our dansu songs, some Broadway, some other things in between it all, and it was lots of fun. At one point, Laura accidentally kicked the basket full of chips over -- I s'pose she was trying to rest her feet on the coffee table -- and we spent the rest of the song laughing like mad, two of us on the floor. (Lulz were killed quite abruptly when Eponine died in the next song. (She's totally my favorite character. MY FAVORITES ALWAYS DIE LOL))
We sang songs in English oper...atically? Whatever is the appropriate adverb. Laura's operatic rendition of Umbrella was amazing.
BOHEMIAN RHAPSODY WAS INCREDIBLE, and they really liked it when I substituted Ray's Eva-lyrics for the real ones:

♪Rei had blue hair on her head, she was your clone, now she's dead♪ :::brb lolling:::
I blanked later, because it's been SO LONG. The full set of lyrics is somewhere on the forum that I can't find right now (so if anyone active on the PS boards could help me out... Michael? O Mighty Forum Chronicler... :D). ♥ Warky sang the parody, and it might still be online somewhere, but I know I downloaded that thing with a QUICKNESS (I've go a BUNCH of Warky's songs. BTW WARKY HAVE YOU SEEN RAP DE CHOCOBO YET? I think you would enjoy it~).
Erica left early to go to a party to meet a ~boy~ but he didn't show up ... for some reason. It was a shame, because when we got to the end of the song queue (we made it through, so we did one last mad dash for songs), the penultimate song was Laura's RICKROLL. XD
Afterwards, we meandered to the grocery store near Book-Off -- Michele found and bought a Batman shirt along the way (we decided we're going to join up with the Ningin girls, and possibly Paradise☆Peach, at AnimeNEXT for a skit, which means I have to get to work on Four Swords!Link, like, NOW) -- and then to Kino before splitting up and going home.
That was awesome. Tomorrow I have MORE STICKERS to look forward to. :/ XD How anti-climactic. At least I get LOLgend at the end of the evening. ^_^
