I feel like I just left the house.

I was recruited to send out holiday cards to prospective students today (and will continue this project tomorrow). It was seven hours of labelling envelopes, and HAND-SIGNING THE CARDS, then stuffing aforementioned envelopes. Robot Mode took over a little bit, and time seemed to fly; by the time I got home, it felt as though only a couple of hours had passed, even though it had been ten.

Tomorrow, I'll be doing this again, then working the first orientation, then back to cards, then class. Blecch. Oh, by the way. There are twelve thousand of these things that need to be done. BY TOMORROW. ... Um, no.

In that respect, I'm glad that karaoke this weekend was cancelled, because that means I can do my usual "sleep-'til-three" on Saturday. On the other end, it's been rescheduled for the 18th. That's cool, it's a Friday, and class is over by then, so no conflicts in the evening. However, it's a Friday, so I have work, and won't be able to make it until the end. AGAIN (the same thing happened two years ago, only replace "work" with "class"). I don't know if it'll be worth it to go for just two hours. :/ The really funny part is that the very next day is Hetalia!karaoke, at the same damned place. XD The only thing I need now is spontaneous Baruch!karaoke the day before, because they also go to Duet. ... Watch, now that I said that.

Augh, Amber, I've got your card, but forgot to drop it in the post today. It'll be out Saturday at the latest. If anyone else wants Decembertime cards, just post here and you'll get one.

Okay, writing a little bit, then homework, and I swear on the Triforce, I'm gonna go to bed at a decent hour tonight! >_< I've got some sort of crazy insomnia, NOT aided last night by womanpains that kept me awake for an extra hour and a half, writhing in pain (it's been a long time since they've been that bad, wtf). I'm so sleep deprived, I'm getting to the point where my body is adjusting to three- and four-hour nights. Not cool. D: Wasn't I just hibernating?

P.S., the clock I discovered on Tuesday does indeed show the correct time. I wasn't so groggy yesterday morning that I forgot to check. What I learned today is that it lights up in all sorts of colors at night! :D

Edit, 23:34: So apparently, the cancellation of karaoke was a blessing in disguise: there's a Mokucon happening at Rutgers? XD And after having everyone ask me about it this week, depending on whether or not I can make the ride, I'll go. It's one day and five bucks, and I've got nothing better to do, so why the fuck not. Seychelles is the new Link and that bothers me a little bit. ;A;
