List in hand, I tackled Jamaica Ave. I got my galoshes, finally, and lining for the costume, along with yarn for the scarf (which I should really work on before I get to bed). I found the pajama section at Conway (I kinda love their jammies, not gonna lie) and didn't see what I wanted, which was lame and disappointing, and my local Modells is racist against hockey (which shouldn't be terribly surprising, considering that it's in my neighborhood and people who look like me generally aren't hockey fans). The library has beautiful, new, pristine copies of SoT, so I'm very happy, but they're not catalogued yet, so they're not available for borrowing. That's okay, because I have crafting stuff to do for the next untilKatsucon.
I still need to head out Rosie to check out socks, and while I'm out there pray that there are stores there where I can get the rest of the shit I've been missing. If anything, it's a long bus ride, so at least I'll have a chance to work on the scarf. I'll have that tomorrow and progress photos with luck (not that there's much to show, but it's Monday and it'll be nice to have to motivate myself, I suppose. Just gonna finish cutting these pieces.
MOTIVATION! It feels good. :Db
