Cranes: 755/1000
Apr. 5th, 2011 02:12 amOH GOD I DID NOTHING TODAY. I've set myself back worse than I was yesterday. ''orz New goal: on pace for Wednesday, just in time for the home stretch.
So I was listening to the Rangers game tonight. I caught it late, but it was still the first period; however, I caught it just in time to hear Boston score two goals nearly back-to-back. Two-nothing in the first period with my team on a suck-streak lately? I'm a Mets fan: I've seen this shit before, the game's over. So I stopped listening. I wondered if the Mets had a suckfest I could watch instead, and they didn't because today's an off-day. But! I did see an article that caught my attention. See, I was thinking about it watching the game the other night, that Reyes is a free agent at the end of the season, but you had to go and say it, and that's not cool. D: (This article -- as stupid as it is to talk about the end of the season during the first week of April -- has so much bromance in it, though, oh my god. I love it.)
When I checked the score in the Rangers slaughte-- wait, what? They came back and won five to two (Propsal scored the first two, one after another, and Dubinsky netted one in the third; Stepan sealed it with less than a minute to go)?! So, looking at the standings, Toronto seems to be out, and if the Rangers can win just one of their last two games (Thursday and Saturday), or if Carolina loses any of its last three, that should lock it up (hell, the Rangers can lose both games, as long as Carolina loses once). Who we'll have in the first round is a little harder to see, and could, quite possibly, be determined only on the last day. The Canadiens and Sabres both play tomorrow. Eeeeeee.
Worked a little on Jiriri, but not much. Have decided to work on the chorus first, while Laura works on the verse, but I'll get back to the verse if I have the chance. I have to annotate the instructional video I just posted, and practice with Erica on Wednesday. Not to mention that we went over the card and video we're planning to send to Berryzsomehow and some other shit... I feel accomplished, but not really.
The most pressing thing is practicing this week, and then when Saturday comes, looking for fabric (and getting the doctor to sign off on my eye exam so I can renew my driver license). Sunday will be considered a slow day. XD
April's gonna run me ragged. I gotta keep telling myself to breathe and take it one day at a time. As for now, it's past two in the morning, and I should really be in bed. Night!
