As some of you saw me mention on Facebook, today's my second workiversary. Hurray! The day passed without much pomp, but I knew it and it felt good. Yesterday's work was completed today, but I got new work that I didn't have time for. Oh hi there, list of five hundred names.
After work, I went to Erica's to teach her Cagayake! Girls, and she got it in like an hour, despite my horrid teaching and inability to count this song. I managed to teach her the intro to Jiriri, too, which went really well! Turns out my obsessive need to diagram every count came in handy. So, I got the intro, the chorus, and the very very end (that's all I had diagrammed or at least placements for). That's a big weight off my shoulders. Everything went better than expected!
On the way home, I read. Can't plot Jiriri without the video in front of me, though.
Detroit, what the hell, you weren't supposed to get shut out tonight! :|
UM HEY GUYS SERIOUSLY -- ESPECIALLY CANADIANS -- do you know anyone who needs a room at Anime North? Es and I have two spots we need to fill. We just ask that people be clean and sane. D:
