Happy birthday to people who've had/are having birthdays. Too many mid-December babies. Someone's parents were hammered on St. Patrick's Day. I'm just sayin'.

(Other than that, I'm kinda bored. Trying to write, and making a little progress. Over 4000 words, now. No, Olua, it's not for you.)

Yeah, but that's just the style of doll. I wouldn't criticize any artist who does faces all the same if that's his style. :::shrug::: But they did, eventually, make new face molds, for the Today dolls, the Girl of the Year dolls, and the American Girl who's Nez Perce (they consider it offensive to bear one's teeth, so she's the only one who's not really smiling).

There's a new girl that kinda takes Samantha's and Kirsten's shticks and combines them, rendering the other two unnecessary. Yeah, IDK either. Samantha, especially, was popular. I don't get it. :| Man I'd go out and buy a Kirsten doll RIGHT NOW except it's the fucking holidays, which means now I'll never get one. D

This is true, and the premise of so many movies.... Dolls are scarier than clowns, trufax.

I wasn't ever into the dolls, either, more the series, but that they're retiring one of the originals and one of the popular ones, it just doesn't make sense. :/
