Wheeeee! New costume!!

Good news! I will have at least one new costume ready for cons this year. Two more small bottles of paint and I should be good to go. I went to the thrift store today (yay thrift store!!) and bought a white mid-sleeve shirt and a denim skirt. Painted one side of the shirt (and it took the whole stupid bottle, too!) and tried it all on: hat, glasses, shirt, skirt, stockings... it looks awesome. So I challenge you to find me while I'm wearing it all. ~_^

I seriously need help trying to knit because I'm very obviously doing something wrong but I don't know what. It would be appreciated if help came quickly. :::sigh:::

My mom thinks it's time I learn how to cook. She says that the next time she cooks, I have to learn with her. Not only did I complain about no one else in the house cooking (so really, why should I have to? Should I be sewing and taking care of the children and otherwise educating myself in the skills of housewifery? ... :::laughs long and hard:::), but I know this is an idle threat. Why? One, it's happened before. Or hasn't. However you wanna take that. Two, she cooks so infrequently, the next time she does, she'll have long since forgotten. Victory is mine.

Honestly, when I move out and have a place of my own, I'll learn. And I'll be MUCH better at taking care of my place of residence than my mother. And I won't chew with my goddamn mouth open. Why the fuck am I the only one in this house with any sense of manners?! >_< I'm better now. Besides, you should all be used to my complaining about my family. XD
